When you use myugēnt, we collect the questions you ask and the responses generated. We also collect your email address when you create an account or join our waitlist. To improve platform performance and understand how researchers use our tools, we collect technical session data including device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is used exclusively to improve the platform and is never sold or shared with third parties. We do not collect payment information at this time.
Your research briefs and generated scripts are saved to train your personal AI model. This data belongs to you and is never shared with other users or used to train anyone else's model. Chat conversations are not saved for training purposes. No personally identifiable information is included in model training. You can export or delete your training data at any time from the admin panel.ate details removed — to train and improve our models. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
myugēnt uses third party AI services including Google Gemini to process and answer questions. When you send a message, it may be transmitted to these providers to generate a response. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or medical records in your messages.
Your conversation history and account information are stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. We retain conversation data to provide you with history access as part of your account features.
We do not collect your financial account numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal identifiers. We do not track your location. We do not sell your data.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@myugent.xyz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
myugēnt uses cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking cookies.
We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
