myugēnt is an AI-powered question and answer platform that searches the web to provide accurate responses. The service is provided as-is and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
You agree to use myugēnt only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
myugent offers Free, Starter ($9.99/month), and Pro ($19.99/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The free tier allows up to 10 messages without an account and up to 50 messages per day with a free account. These limits may change at any time with notice. Starter accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
The myugēnt platform, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of myugēnt. Content you submit remains yours. You grant myugēnt a license to use anonymized, non-personally-identifiable versions of your queries to improve the service.
myugēnt is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that responses are accurate, complete, or up to date. AI responses should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
myugēnt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to registered users via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
